To inform and communicate with our members and visitors.  Director's Message: WOW!  We actually made the move into the Afton Civic Center.  We are excited to open our doors to the public in this beautiful building.  Our foot traffic has actually increased about 300% already.  We are more accessible, more visible and we even have a small selection of gifts and souvenirs to sell. Right now we are getting ready to have a grand opening at our new location and this will take place in the next couple of weeks.  We also have two satellite offices that stock our brochures and maps.  One is in Thayne at Re/Max Realty on main street.  The other one is in Alpine at Real Estate of Star Valley.  We will be doing a ribbon cutting at these locations also.  I am grateful to these offices for allowing us to stock our brochures. Corey Miles has served as president for the past year and has now turned the reigns over to Wid Ritchie.  I would like to thank both men for their time and dedication to the chamber.  We are in good hands with the  current board of directors for the Star Valley Chamber of Commerce.  We are all dedicated in improving the economy of the valley.  We care about the people.  We care about the valley.  The direction we are going is positive and exciting.
