Wyoming Department of Workforce Services Offers Free Labor Law Posters at All Workforce Centers

January 16, 2026

CHEYENNE, WY — The Wyoming Department of Workforce Services (DWS) is reminding employers that required labor law posters are available free of charge at all 18 Workforce Centers across the state. These posters provide essential workplace information and are required to be displayed in workplaces.

Employers can also access a printable version online at dws.wyo.gov/laborlaws.

“Labor law posters are an important resource for every business to stay compliant with state and federal employment requirements,” said DWS Director Elizabeth Gagen. “And they should never cost a business money. If any business is approached by someone trying to charge for a poster, we encourage them to go directly to their local Workforce Center.”

DWS Workforce Centers are staffed with knowledgeable professionals ready to assist businesses and provide these posters at no cost. To find your nearest Workforce Center, visit dws.wyo.gov/wfc.
